Dosage

We recommend starting with a half dropper and monitoring how your pet responds. Each animal responds to CBD slightly differently. Increase in half increments until you find what works best for your pet.

FAQ

What is the difference between 250mg and 500mg?

Our 250mg option is designed with small to medium dogs (under 50 lbs) in mind. For mid-larger dogs our 500mg option is a better fit.

What is the correct dosage for my pet?

Each pet responds slightly differently to CBD. If your pet has never tried CBD, we recommend starting with half a dropper and working your way up. Monitor how your pet responds. Gradually increase the dosage until you find the best dosage for your pet. For example some of our customers found that 2-3 droppers work best for their pet, where others have used less to receive the desired effects.

Chill at home and on the go!

My dog really loved the treats and within 30 minutes he was ready for a car ride, haircut and wasn't as anxious meeting other dogs. I also give them to my pet sitter when I go out of town so that its an easier transition for him. I have a 10 year old labradoodle that is 45lbs and I gave him (1) treat. And yes, he still has puppy energy!

Help!

I bought this as it was suggested by a local trainer that I would like to use. My neutered male 3 year old havanees Shih-tux has not seen to be phased by it at all. He’s approximately 17-20 lbs and I’ve been giving him 1 of the cubes daily. Suggestion please.

Hi Brenda. Thank you choosing Chill Paws! Try giving him 2 pieces this time. Also, with the oil, if one dropper doesn't work, give two droppers. Dogs can't get high from this. The calming effect should last about 4-6 hours. Email us direct at info@chillpaws.com if you have any other questions.
